Rainbow Hotel Yongsan - Seoul

I had a very good stay at this hotel. the location was great, as it was close to Namyeong station and just a short distance from the subway station. This made it very convenient for me to travel around the city, especially when I arrived and departed from Incheon Airport. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided good service. In particular, the night staff on the 20th of May was excellent, as he ensured I had all the necessary support during check-out and even arranged a jumbo taxi for me. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, with all the required facilities available.

Everything was fine during my stay.

Convenient location, near subway and shops. Well-heated room with A/C. Helpful staff and English-speaking. No hill to climb.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the convenient location. Being close to 3 subway stations in the area made it extremely easy to get around the city. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms had all the required facilities.

We had a great romantic escape at this hotel. the room was very comfortable with a cozy bed and a relaxing atmosphere. There was a water dispenser in our room which offered both hot and cold water, and we appreciated having this at our disposal. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the metro and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We also loved the fact that the hotel was not on a hill, which made getting around much easier.

The noise level in the hotel. the lack of proper insulation made it quite noisy, and we could hear people in the hallway and street noise at night.

There were also some worst aspects of our stay at the hotel. The walls were paper-thin, which made it difficult for us to sleep at night due to the noise coming from other rooms.

The staff was very helpful and provided excellent customer service, making sure that I arrived at the airport well within my time. The room was clean and well-heated, great for the cooler temperatures. the hotel had a water dispenser in my room which was an added bonus.
